Requirements: NVQ Level 3 Beauty or equivalent, Nurse / Dental Nurse, Doctor, Dentist – or Dental Practitioner with a GDC number, Pharmacist, Level 4 Micropigmentation with Level 3 A&P . The aim of the dental block (infiltration) course is to teach practitioners the theory behind nerve block injections and the correct way to administrate them. As a practitioner it is essential that you are confident in administering anaesthetic injections and this course will prepare you for when this needs to be done. It’s commonly used during aesthetic lip treatments to help alleviate the pain caused during treatment.
Lidocaine is commonly found in hyaluronic acid, its only in small quantities and is injected pre mixed with filler so is often not as effective as some may require.
A dental block is quick, safe and effective. Causing little down time and an effective way of blocking most if not all pain during the lip augmentation treatment.

I am looking at enrolling on the online lidocaine infusion course. I am a qualified aesthetic practitioner with A&P level 3. I qualified via access course but have over 6 months experience.
Do I meet the requirements for the course?
Also will I receive an accredited certificate upon completion?
