Our Cancellation Policy

Cancellation – in the event of a cancellation, fees will only be refunded in full (minus any charges from third parties i.e. banks, repayment plan schemes) where no modules have been activated or accessed and an email has been received to nicollesbeautycollege@outlook.com within 14 days.

In the event of cancellation where modules have been activated or accessed, fees will not be refunded.

Transfers – Requests for transfers to alternative courses can be arranged if Nicolles Beauty College are notified in writing by sending an email to nicollesbeautycollege@outlook.com, these requests must be made before 14 days post purchase of the course, having had no modules activated or accessed. One transfer will be accepted without charge, all subsequent transfers will attract an administration charge of £50.00.
